Pequeño y grande Rudolf Nureiev

Rudolf Nureyev was a classical dancer born in the Soviet Union and considered one of the best dancers of the 20th century. A precocious dancer, he began his dance studies very late due to World War II. Recognized worldwide, he was able to leave his country to dance in cities around the world. On one of these trips, he requested political asylum and settled in Europe. He was director of the Paris Opera Ballet, where he became a celebrity.

Suffering from AIDS, his rebellious and haughty temperament helped him cope with the disease with courage until his death at the age of 54 in 1993.
